This is an after market devise to lower Co2 by 12% from gasoline powered vehicles. As an environmentalist it caught my attention. I learned that this is the one-and-only devise ever approved by the EPA through independent laboratory and has also passed California Clean Air Act. The extraordinary thing is that the side effect of lowering the Co2 is actually improved fuel economy from 12-34%!
